Business Analyst/IT System Analyst

Job Description & Requirements

a. Manage Tech Projects for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements that are outsourced to our existing contractors

a. Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders, work closely with external parties,

a. Provide support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality

b. Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by the party authorized by the Authority

c. Review project deliverables (e.g. system documentations, monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for

a. Implement public service domain knowledge

b. Utilize cloud technologies like GCC Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform to conduct end-to-end systems monitoring, problem resolution and to save operating costs

a. Ensure project deliveries complies with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines, and identify and address any compliance gaps
