Role:

Through this internship, you will assist the Business Intelligence Senior Analyst. You will gain a comprehensive level of experience in business analytics and reporting in the Hospitality Industry. Some knowledge in revenue management will be gained as well.

Your main responsibilities include the following:

REPORTING

• Prepare and deliver multiple Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Revenue Management reports on a weekly/monthly basis
• Manage all reporting tools under scope
• Serve as a secondary point-of-contact for reporting tools for APAC
• Provide Ad-Hoc reporting when requested

MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS

• In charge of weekly STR performance data submission
• Prepare monthly Benchmark & Analysis on competitors performance vs. Club Med
• Assist RMP team to prepare sales meeting presentations

Profile:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - pivot table, database, formula etc. & PowerPoint are highly required, Word)
• Have a keen interest in the hospitality industry
• Having prior knowledge in Power Bi is an advantage
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Meticulous and able to deliver results on time
