Business Analyst (Government Project)

You will be working with a fast-growing security and technology solutions provider delivering mission‑critical systems across biometrics, AI, automation, and access control, largely for government clients.

Your new role

This is a hands-on Business Analyst role suited to someone comfortable working on complex, technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

Working within the PMO, you'll engage closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and external partners to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements. You'll translate these into clear specifications, support solution design, and stay involved through testing, UAT, and deployment.

There's strong exposure to large-scale, high‑impact systems where early risk identification, practical problem‑solving, and clear communication really matter.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in government, security, automation, or complex IT environments
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
• Confident working across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Comfortable supporting testing, UAT, and post‑deployment activities
• Experience with border control systems, biometrics, automation, or public sector IT is a strong advantage
