This key Legal Counsel position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization within the payments industry, supporting its expanding operations across Asia. Based in Singapore, you will serve as a regional legal advisor covering multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on regulatory, commercial, and product-related legal matters in the fintech and payments space.

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including merchant contracts, technology and outsourcing arrangements, and partnership documentation. You will also provide legal and regulatory guidance on payment services regulations, licensing requirements, AML/CTF obligations, and cross-border compliance matters across Asia.

In this role, you will work closely with business, compliance, risk, and product teams to support new product launches and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
