The Company

Our client in the semiconductor sector is currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving global logistics operations, including warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management, with a focus on operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality. The position manages transportation and warehousing suppliers, drives process engineering initiatives within Oracle systems, and ensures seamless integration with external partners. It involves analyzing logistics data, preparing management reports, and evaluating transportation and inventory costs in line with budget and distribution strategy. The role also identifies opportunities for cost optimization and service enhancement, leads cross-functional initiatives, supports global stakeholders across regions, and maintains a high standard of professionalism while providing flexible support to worldwide customers.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within the semiconductor industry and a multi-country environment. Familiarity with logistics processes in Oracle, warehousing operations, and cross-border trade compliance is advantageous. Experience working in a cross-border team environment, particularly with counterparts in Malaysia, is preferred, while knowledge of RPA will be an added advantage.
