This role manages day to day supply chain operational activities for Spares Parts team and supports sourcing, planning, procurement and management of spares to support all products in FBAP to achieve planned levels of Customer Satisfaction with a minimized total cost. This role also coordinates all spares inventory planning related activities within APO/GCO subsidiaries (ALC as well as non-ALC subsidiaries).
Responsibilities:
- Support stock Diversion from ALC or among subsidiaries - Support PO and DO creation, work with Buyer and selling subsidiaries and pricing team, etc
- Weekly replenishment planning for FB items
- Supersession Maintenance and PO revision (Daily)
- Follow up with Supplier on FOB schedule as well as expedite for delivery if necessary, as per hub subsidiaries request
- Support PO and DO creation for drop ship as well as resolve exception alerts so that AP invoice can be generated
- Handle simple / adhoc enquiry from both hub and non-hub subsidiaries (Need to liaise with Supplier and subsidiaries)
- Support on any ad hoc request
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- 1-2 years of experience in SCM would be ideal
- Oracle systems experience would be a plus
- Experienced with Excel
- Sound knowledge of Supply Chain processes and procedures
- Experience and demonstrable evidence of negotiating successfully with a wide range of people interfaces.
