Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and client-facing Business Analyst / Functional Presales professional to support new client engagements, stakeholder management, and presales activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Directors and senior leadership, manage governance activities, and confidently pitch ideas and solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between internal leadership (including Directors and above) and external clients.
• Pitch solutions and present proposals to new and existing clients with confidence and clarity.
• Support presales activities, including PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and client documentation.
• Capture and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist with client onboarding and relationship management, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership on business planning, project governance, and strategic initiatives.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, driving trust and credibility.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident in pitching ideas, solutions, and value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Proactive, sharp, and clear in thought process.
• Comfortable engaging with new people and senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and follow through
