Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, designers, and developers to ensure clear communication of business goals and requirements, and helping to shape solutions that align with user needs.

Key Skills:

• Business analysis for mobile and web applications
• Requirement gathering, user stories creation, and process documentation
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and wireframing platforms
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of APIs, backend systems, and mobile/web development.
