Business Analyst

Job Description

. We are looking for a Business Analyst to coordinate and manage application development, configuration, and integration activities while ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

. The role involves close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, support testing activities, and ensure successful deployment and stabilization of applications.

Key Responsibilities

. Coordinate and manage application development, configuration, and integration activities.

. Work closely with business users to clarify requirements, manage scope, and assess the impact of changes.

. Analyse and document business and functional requirements across multiple stakeholders and systems.

. Translate business needs into process flows, functional specifications, and user-centric solutions.

. Oversee application testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and defect resolution.

. Identify application-related risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation actions.

. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to ensure environment readiness and successful deployments.

. Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

. Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to operations and support teams.

. Provide regular updates on application delivery progress to project managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

. Experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements across stakeholders and systems.

. Strong ability to engage business users, IT teams, and vendors to clarify needs, manage expectations, and drive alignment.

. Proven capability to translate business needs into process flows, functional specifications, and user-centric solutions.
