Business Analyst

Job Description

. We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Business Analyst with strong technical acumen to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing assigned BA tasks, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.

. This role requires hands-on understanding of system architecture and code-level requirements, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

. Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

. Understand and interpret technical requirements at code level perform basic debugging where required.

. Contribute to solution design, workflows, integration points, and system enhancements.

. Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support decision-making.

. Support preparation of technical documentation, functional specifications, project plans, and status reports.

. Assist in facilitating client workshops and stakeholder discussions.

. Translate technical concepts into non-technical language for client communication.

. Participate actively in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and solution reviews.

. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.

. Support change requests (CRs) and contribute to enhancement initiatives.

. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills

. Strong ownership and attention to detail in executing assigned BA tasks independently.

. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to identify and structure holistic business solutions.

. Strong technical comprehension, including: Basic understanding of Java Basic understanding of JavaScript Working knowledge of SQL Basic understanding of AWS Cloud Ability to understand code-level requirements and perform basic debugging Confident and effective communication skills.

. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

Good-to-Have Skills

. Understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture.

. Experience in legacy system migration projects.

. Experience acting as main PIC for Change Requests (CRs).

. Experience conducting client-facing workshops.

. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.

. Ability to break down complex issues into manageable components.

. Experience formulating solution responses using gathered insights.

. Proactive identification of improvement areas with solution recommendations.

. Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.

. Ability to produce clear, concise technical and functional documentation.

. Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

. Preferred Experience Experience working in technology consulting, system integration, or enterprise application environments.

. Exposure to cloud-based and event-driven systems.
