The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibility is to build a strong business partnership with the different stakeholders of health & beauty business in Singapore, becoming a trusted and valued member of their teams.

Design and deliver BAU and critical initiatives that can drive our company forward and improve overall profitability while helping our customers afford a health and beautiful every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data collation, cleansing and consolidation.
• Evaluation of promotion/campaign performance with financial consideration such as campaign related expenses and share to stakeholders to understand the performance and profitability
• Develop and automate reports by building dashboards that can update and communicate the right information to business
• Act as the go to person for Commercial related data and analysis to provide insights and recommendations by using available data and historical information
• Cross team collaboration with team member and business stakeholder to understand business problem and by using data to help to provide visibility and answers.
• Supporting business with reporting in a timely manner and ensure accuracy in data
• Any other duties not mentioned above assigned by the management from time to time

About You

• Degree in accounting or relevant discipline
• CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA qualification an added advantage but not mandatory
• More than 2 years of relevant business partnering experience working in fast paced environment, preferably within retail or More than 5 years of accounting experience with an keen interest to step into business partnering
• A mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with digital tools i.e. SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automation are desirable
