The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibility is to build a strong business partnership with the different stakeholders of health & beauty business in Singapore, becoming a trusted and valued member of their teams.

Design and deliver BAU and critical initiatives that can drive our company forward and improve overall profitability while helping our customers afford a health and beautiful every day.

• Lead the month end closing and mid month forecast processes;
• Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts of banner/store P&L, working capital and capital expenditures, by partnering closely with the different stakeholders that would include but not limited to operations, commercial and marketing team and collaborating finance and group functions;
• Provide concrete insights by using the digital tools and market insights available, and use these insights to find opportunities and risks, prioritize and make recommendations;
• Identify and define process improvements and digitalization journey to improve efficiency and effectiveness of driving better performance;
• Any other duties assigned by manager

About You

• Degree in accounting or relevant discipline
• CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA qualification an added advantage but not mandatory
• More than 2 years of relevant business partnering experience working in fast paced environment, preferably within retail or More than 5 years of accounting experience with an keen interest to step into business partnering
• A mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with digital tools i.e. SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automation are desirable
