Business Analyst, Data Modelling & Management

As a BusinessAnalyst,DataModelling&Management(DMM), you will play a key role in enhancing our Data Warehouse ecosystem, enabling data democratization, supporting strategic initiatives and delivering impactful analytics solutions across the organisation.

Responsibilities:-

• Drive Data Warehouse (DWH) development, enhancement and maintenance to ensure accurate, reliable and accessible data for reporting and analytics
• Partner with business users, technology teams and vendors to gather requirements, support system integration and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate data and reporting processes, improving efficiency and information delivery across the Bank
• Support strategic and regulatory initiatives by facilitating the flow of quality data to downstream systems and users.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Project Management or a related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of specific qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data structures
• An independent self-starter who is also an effective team player
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• A curious and innovative mindset with an interest in leveraging automation, analytics and emerging technologies to improve business processes.
