Business Analyst

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, information management, construction digitalisation, project delivery, asset management or a related role.
• Practical experience defining or improving CDE processes, information workflows, governance models or digital delivery practices in the built environment.
• Strong understanding of how project and asset information is created, reviewed, approved, exchanged, handed over and maintained across lifecycle stages.
• Ability to document complex processes using process flows, swimlane diagrams, information flow maps, data models or equivalent techniques.
• Experience translating business and operational needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and implementable workflow specifications.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business users, project teams, consultants, contractors and technical specialists.
• Good understanding of information governance, metadata, data ownership, quality controls, auditability and traceability.
• Experience supporting product backlogs and iterative delivery in agile or product-oriented environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain information management concepts and delivery trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working across business, construction, operations, information management and technology domains in a complex stakeholder environment.
