• 5+ years Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Life Insurance policy administration, underwriting, and claims processes.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management experience working with business users, operations teams, and IT delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, gap analysis, process mapping, and system implementation projects.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance, insurance products, premium management, and policy lifecycle processes.
