Job Description

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Prepare key deliverables such as Functional Specifications/BRDs, Use Cases, and UI/Interface designs.
Translate technical information into clear business language for all audiences.
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and SMEs to define requirements and propose solutions.
Support project planning, including scope definition, schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Qlik, or the education industry domain.
