Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document detailed business requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable plans for the development teams.
- Process Mapping & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Recommend solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze business data, create reports, and present findings to help management make informed decisions. Use analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to support data-driven insights.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that technical specifications align with business goals and are properly documented.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated and that project progress is regularly reported to stakeholders.
- Testing & Validation: Support the testing of new solutions and business processes, ensuring that implemented changes meet business requirements and objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide insights on how these can be applied to improve business performance.
- Project Support: Provide support for project management, including tracking milestones, ensuring deliverables are met, and managing project risks and issues.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis, process improvement, or similar role. Experience in [industry] is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
