Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, change management, and post-implementation support
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments of system changes or enhancements
  • Work with data teams to support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting efforts
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and internal compliance guidelines
  • Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, and user guides
