Our client, a leading asset manager, is seeking a Business Analyst to support transformation projects within its Investments and Middle Office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with investment and middle office teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Ensuring operational processes, data flows, and controls are clearly defined and migrated successfully.
- Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and resolve gaps.
- Conduct impact assessments on existing processes and systems, proposing enhancements where needed.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and support UAT for new workflows and integrations.
- Contribute to risk and control reviews, ensuring compliance with operational standards and governance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in asset management or investment operations.
- Strong knowledge of middle office processes (trade lifecycle, reconciliations, cash/positions, valuations).
- Hands-on experience working with custodian/service provider transitions preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with investment systems (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River) is an advantage.
