Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in banking or financial services, particularly in wealth management and investment products. You will drive business analysis for complex digital journeys, working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for investment and advisory products (Funds, Bonds, FX, Equities, etc.)
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business, tech, and compliance teams
- Support agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT)
- Analyze current vs target state processes and drive improvements
- Oversee system integration requirements across complex IT landscapes
- Act as SME for wealth management domains
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in banking/financial services
- Strong knowledge of wealth management / investment products
- Experience delivering digital products in agile environments
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, process mapping, and data modelling
- Experience working with engineering teams on complex systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
