The Building Maintenance Handyman is responsible forperforming various general maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioningof the building's systems and infrastructure. The role includestroubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition of theproperty, addressing maintenance issues as they arise, and performingpreventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and comfortof building occupants.
