Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility-related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment
Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback
Report on irregularities
Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet
Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items etc.
Ensure maintenance across the company's property portfolio
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
To take note:
May be required to work after office hours or on weekends when necessary.
Work will be On-site work at company premises.
5.5 day work week, with alternate half day on Saturdays
