Building Executive / Engineer

• Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects
• Provide technical support and input for project drawings and designs
• Perform cost estimation and prepare project financial projections
• Develop and monitor work schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee construction and engineering processes on-site
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and detailed construction records
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction or building projects
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
