Building Construction Supervisor

Site Supervisors shall be qualified and competent and possess the relevant skills, knowledge and ability to supervise and co-ordinate works on site. Site Supervisor shall possess good communication skills and the ability to relate to and engage with residents.

Your job will include:

- supervision of construction work

- coordinating and scheduling work and workers in accordance to site program

- assisting relevant upper management and project managers for site work and other site matters

- liaising effectively with stakeholders such as company's management, employees, subcontractors, and other workers

- communicating effectively and engaging with residents

- ensuring smooth progression of site works

- assisting with paperwork when necessary

- ordering materials and ensuring that order follows through

- attend meetings and other presentations with regard to site matters

- attending to all ad-hoc site duties and site matters when directed
