Building Construction Supervisor

- Must be proficient in Wet Trades and/or Dry Trades

- Proven experience as Construction Supervisor / Foreman

- Report project progress to Manager

- Develop a work schedule for workers

- Supervise all site workers

- Be the liaison between construction worker and manager

- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed

- Assign task to workers

- Ensure that the project is staying on or within budget

- Hardworking

- Follow all the instruction given by Manager or Employer

- In depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and Safety guidelines.

- Aptitude in math

- Good physical condition and stamia
