Building Construction Supervisor Bar Bender Schedule / Foreman / Quantity Sureyor

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION REBAR / FORMWORK SUPERVISOR/ REBAR SCHEDULE / FOREMAN / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies requirements

Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works, and utilities diversion

Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work

Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on site & off site

Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements

Supervising team of workers at site for repairs / rectification of precast components

Liaise with main contractor and other subcontractors to ensure timely completion of allocated works

Timely feedback to management on technical and manpower issues

Ensure proper and safe work procedures at site

Conduct daily toolbox meetings

Maintain repair / rectification, safety, admin documentation

Able to read shop drawings

Requirements (Qualification & Experience)

Certificate in Safety Supervisor (BCSS) and Work at Height Supervisor

Diploma will be an advantage

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Able to work independently to lead a repair team

Occupational First Aid is preferred
