Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors
Monitor work progress and report site status to the Project Manager
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company procedures
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site
Prepare site reports, progress claims, and as-built drawings
Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections with relevant authorities
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience
Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination
Knowledge of local building regulations and safety requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic construction software
Willing to work on site and overtime when required
