Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Site Management: Oversee daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and supervise work to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Technical Coordination: Study drawings/specs, resolve technical issues, provide assistance, and ensure work aligns with project plans.
- Quality & Safety: Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and safety procedures conduct inspections.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, method statements, cost estimates (BOQs), and maintain project documentation.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, consultants, and the project manager on requirements, progress, and risks.
- Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources (materials, equipment) for efficiency. Experience: 2-5+ years in building construction, proven site experience, track record in project engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, , , project software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, ability to work independently.
- Knowledge: Local construction regulations, safety requirements, cost estimation.
