This is a newly created opportunity for Brand Manager, SEA with a globally recognized beauty & fashion group.
Reporting into the Regional Marketing Director, this position is responsible for leading a portfolio of brands across the region. This individual will work closely with JV markets and distributors to ensure best-in-class execution of global strategies across diverse SEA markets.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Lead regional brand planning and operational deployment across SEA JV/distributor markets.
- Drive alignment between Global brand strategy and local market execution.
- Lead the annual regional brand planning for the assigned brand, including A&P allocation and launch phasing.
- Partner with markets on monthly brand animation plans.
360 Launch Strategy
- Lead regional 360 launch strategy for novelties across all SEA markets.
- Oversee 360 campaign deployment with excellence across retail and media touchpoints.
- Partner closely with the Consumer Engagement Manager on consumer journey planning for ATL and BTL.
- Coordinate with JVs/distributors to ensure launch readiness and on-time execution.
- Ensure retail excellence during launch moments.
Post-Launch Review
- Conduct structured post-launch evaluation across markets.
- Evaluate A&P effectiveness and consumer engagement metrics (in partnership with Consumer Engagement Manager).
- Identify learnings and optimization actions for future launches.
Forecasting & Pricing
- Lead regional demand planning process in collaboration with local market partners.
- Consolidate forecasts from JV/distributors and challenge assumptions where necessary.
- Consolidate regional competitive pricing from local market partners and make recommendations for novelty pricing.
Retailer Management
- Partner with Sales on key retailer negotiations.
- Assist in developing retailer sell-in and launch presentations.
- Provide recommendations on which regional retailer trade programs to participate in.
Key Interfaces
- Global Brand team, Sales, Consumer Engagement, Visual Merchandising, Education, JV/Distributors, Key Retailers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing and brand management
- Minimum 6-8 years experience within the beauty & cosmetics, FMCG or luxury
- Demonstrated knowledge of regional markets, working with and managing distributors
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Well-versed in A&P budgets and forecasting
