Job Description

Our client is a MNC operating in the personal care products industry.Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Assistant Brand Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand strategy across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, translating global objectives into market-specific plans that build awareness and long-term equity.
  • Lead campaign localisation and execution, adapting global assets into culturally relevant, channel-optimised content across TV, digital, social, and influencer platforms.
  • Develop consumer insights to understand behaviours, needs, and media habits, enabling more relevant and effective campaigns.
  • Oversee integrated marketing plans, delivering full-funnel strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage budgets and media planning, ensuring effective allocation and strong return on investment.
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all communications and markets.
  • Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, aligned campaign execution

Requirements:

  • B2C marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer health, beauty, or personal care.
