Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia markets, including new product launches, festive and seasonal campaigns, cross-brand collaborations, and integrated market activation strategies.
  • Drive localization of brand content for Southeast Asia markets (e.g. Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines), covering marketing materials, product copywriting and translation, and social media strategies, ensuring alignment with global brand tone and local cultural nuances.
  • Manage end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) processes for Southeast Asia, including preparation of product information, launch planning, timeline management, and close cross-functional collaboration with product, supply chain, design, and local market teams.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the brand headquarters and local Southeast Asia partners, agencies, and distributors, building strong, long-term collaborative relationships.
  • Conduct regular business trips within Southeast Asia for brand alignment, market research, campaign execution support, and on-site event or store opening management.
  • Monitor brand performance and marketing effectiveness in Southeast Asia markets, analyze consumer insights and market trends, and propose optimization and innovation strategies to support sustainable brand growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Business, English, Thai, or other related disciplines.
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Southeast Asia consumer markets, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and brand sensitivity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or international business; prior experience working with Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia.
