Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, driving market awareness, and supporting business growth through impactful marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Define and maintain brand positioning, identity, tone, and messaging
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (social media, content, PR, events, etc.)
- Manage brand communication across platforms such as social media, website, and advertising channels
- Drive content strategy including storytelling, campaigns, and user engagement
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness using data and analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, recruitment) to ensure brand consistency
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners
- Oversee brand budgets and optimize ROI on marketing spend
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record in building and scaling brand presence
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, SEO, paid ads)
- Experience in content strategy and campaign management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
