Role & Responsibilities
. Achieve sales and profit goals through developing and implementing business and marketing plans
. Develop and implement promotional trade plans that drive sales and market share growth
. Develop strong working relationship with brand owners and suppliers
. Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximise income/terms/discounts to improve sales and profitability of category
. Take ownership of the product inventory management process, ensuring good supply while reducing shrinkage
. Prepare business reports and analysis
. Work closely with key account and field sales team to ensure first in class execution of instore activities
. Work with advertising agencies, promoter agencies and instore POSM suppliers to execute strong brand activities
