Sales Executive, Business Information Service

Job Responsibilities
- Drive new and organic sales of business information products, with a focus on credit risk and KYC information reports for financial institutions and corporations.
- Manage and grow accounts with Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and effective communication in both Japanese and English.
- Provide outstanding customer support and extend our information report and KYC solutions across existing clients organizations.
- Achieve sales targets in revenue, customer acquisition, and activities.
- Act as a trusted information partner by offering expert product guidance and insights, not just as a vendor.
- Support the Business Development Director in strategic planning and execution of regional initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to contribute to product and service development.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to client groups, conferences, and corporate audiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity in sales and client engagement.
Work Location & Training
- Based in Singapore with occasional travel for corporate events or training.
- Comprehensive sales and product training provided during onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in both Japanese (spoken & written) and English is required.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services, business information, or related industries.
- Skills in sales, marketing, account management, business development, partnerships, negotiation, and planning.
- Knowledge of banking, insurance, finance, KYC/Compliance is an advantage.
