Brand Ambassador

About the Role

We are looking for multiple Singapore-based Brand Ambassadors for Wukong Chinese, an education brand represented by ZHICHENG.WORLD. If you enjoy connecting with people, care about Chinese language education, and are looking for a long-term, stable working relationship, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be a key bridge between the brand and families. Through brand promotion, lead generation, and relationship management, you will help more families learn about Wukong Chinese's courses and services and support the brand's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Take part in online and offline brand promotion activities and connect with families interested in learning Chinese.
• Understand parents needs, introduce Wukong Chinese's courses and services, and collect and record information on interested prospects.
• Work with the course consultant team to follow up on enquiries, trial class bookings, and ongoing communication.
• Maintain customer relationships, respond to or coordinate the resolution of customer issues promptly, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Compile customer feedback and follow-up records, and share suggestions to improve promotional activities and services.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills, a proactive approach to engaging with people, and respect for different cultures and family backgrounds.
• Responsible and diligent, with the ability to follow up consistently on customer needs and build trust.
• Interest in Chinese education and willingness to learn about the brand and its courses.
• Able to communicate in Chinese. English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in brand promotion, customer service, sales, education, or community management is preferred. Candidates without relevant experience who are proactive and eager to learn are also welcome to apply.
• Looking for a long-term engagement and able to commit time consistently.
