Brand Ambassador

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our fitness clubs and help grow our membership community.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be one of the faces of our gyms. You will engage with prospective and existing members, promote our clubs and membership offerings, support marketing activities, and help create a welcoming and positive experience at our various gym locations.

This is a customer-facing role suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, is comfortable with sales and social media, and has an interest in fitness and an active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our fitness clubs professionally and positively at all times.
• Engage with prospective members through walk-ins, outreach activities, events, roadshows and other promotional activities.
• Follow up with enquiries and leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
• Conduct club tours and introduce prospective members to our facilities, services and membership options.
• Support membership sales and work towards individual and club sales targets.
• Assist with lead-generation campaigns and local community outreach.
• Support social media activities, including taking photos and videos and creating simple content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Participate in club events, promotions and member engagement activities.
• Build good relationships with existing members and contribute to a friendly and welcoming club environment.
• Assist with basic front-desk and day-to-day club operations when required.
• Maintain the presentation and brand standards of the club.
• Work at different gym locations as required by operational needs.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing and confident when interacting with people.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with sales, lead follow-up and speaking with prospective members.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Interest in fitness, wellness or an active lifestyle.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work across different gym locations in Singapore when required.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or fitness-industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
