1.Over 5 years of frontline teaching and team management experience in the education sector, with deep expertise in the daily operations and management of local tuition centers.

2. Well-versed in local primary and secondary school syllabi, providing quality assurance for Chinese language curricula from Primary 1 through Secondary 4

3. With the capability of curriculum development. Be able to conduct presentation(s) in Seminars/workshops/Parent-teacher meeting。

4. With good communication skills to handle parent's enquiry and feedback.

5. Be able to conduct the Chinese class across the levels.

6. Being passionate on teaching and supportive on teamwork.

1. 至少5年以上教育行业一线教学和团队管理经验,熟悉本地补习中心日常管理和运营。

2. 熟悉本地中小学教材,对小学一年级到中学四年级的华文课程进行品质监管。

3. 具有教材研发能力,并能独立计划并进行教学讲座。

4. 具有良好的沟通技巧,能和学生与家长建立良好的关系。

5. 能够教授从小学一年级到中学四年级的各年级华文课程。

6. 工作态度踏实认真,具有团队合作精神,在工作中配合度高。
