Job Description

1) Assessment Analytics

• Work under supervision to run basic item and assessment analytics for MBBS assessments.
• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure assessments are robust and fit for purpose.

2) Psychometric Analysis

• Conduct psychometric analyses for undergraduate medical and residency programmes.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations to guide faculty decisions on assessment strategies.

3) Faculty Development Workshops

• Facilitate and organise faculty development workshops.
• Equip healthcare professional educators and administrators with relevant competencies in medical and health professions education.

4) Health Professions Education Research

• Conduct health professions education research projects.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to educators and stakeholders based on research findings.

5) Conference Management

• Plan and manage medical education conferences and related events.
• Support the delivery and dissemination of best practices in medical education to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

. A degree in medicine, health sciences, or related scientific discipline.
. Postgraduate diploma or higher qualification in statistics, research methods, education, or a related field.
. Additional certification in medical and health professions education is preferred

. Track record in research and publication in medical education
. Experience in faculty development, instructional design and curriculum development
. Knowledge of pedagogy and effective teaching techniques
. Experience in teaching and supervising professional staff
. Good written and inter-personal communication skills
. Strong understanding of statistics
