About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead and elevate the performance of a luxury retail boutique for a global luxury brand. This individual will be responsible for driving sales excellence, delivering exceptional client experience, and leading a high-performing team in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance and consistently achieve/exceed targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Advisors to deliver outstanding service
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients (VIPs, private clients)
- Ensure impeccable boutique operations, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with regional teams on marketing initiatives and client events
Requirements
- 10 years of luxury retail experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record in sales performance and team management
- Proven ability to engage and develop VIP / high-net-worth clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, grooming, and brand representation
- Passion for luxury, fashion, watches, or high jewellery
