Job Description:
- Accounting and book-keeping tasks
- Assist the Finance & Admin team to see to proper month-end closing and reporting
- Manage bill postings and credit control activities in a timely fashion
- Conducting all necessary searches, stamping and other administrative work
- Uploading of client & case details into File Management System
- Opening, locating and archiving of files
- Prepare reports and accounting of daily file count, monthly referral reports and monthly staff sales
- Assist in data analysis.
Requirements:
- MS Office skills - proficient in MS Excel & Word a must
- Knowledge of Tessaract Practice Management System is an advantage
- Must have good interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must have initiative and adaptable to changes
- A proactive person with positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
- Able to work independently and have strong attention to details
- Experience in a law firm would be an advantage
- Immediate availability or can start work within short notice period is an advantage
