Responsibilities
Support the Compliance Manager in day-to-day tasks, including:
- Assisting with regulatory research and monitoring updates
- Helping prepare compliance reports and documentation
- Maintaining compliance records and filing systems
- Assisting with internal policy reviews and audits
- Assisting with onboarding checks (KYC / AML support)
- Ad hoc compliance projects as assigned
- Learn about real estate regulations, corporate governance, and internal controls
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good analytical and research abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in compliance, corporate governance, and real estate
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
