Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Review client waiver forms and assess suitability of treatments based on guests health conditions.
- Provide consistent and professional body massage treatments in line with certified practices and company standards.
- Escort guests to the relaxation area post-treatment and assist with beverages and future booking arrangements.
- Actively promote spa treatments, products, promotions, and packages to clients.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment, while controlling product usage to manage costs.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards as per company policies.
- Perform cleaning, preparation, and restocking of treatment rooms after each session.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade skills and improve service quality.
