Job Description
We are seeking a BMS Assistant Manager to support the planning, coordination and implementation of Building Management System (BMS) works for the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the design, installation and implementation of BMS for ACMV and related building systems
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors on BMS design, integration and site works
- Review BMS drawings, control schematics and technical submissions
- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of BMS systems
- Ensure BMS works comply with project specifications, standards and authority requirements
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and coordination issues
- Support system integration with ACMV equipment, sensors and control devices
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and project submissions
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS) or building automation systems
- Experience in ACMV control systems and building automation preferred
- Familiar with BMS platforms, control networks and system integration
- Experience in testing & commissioning of BMS systems is an advantage
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pickup at designated MRT station.
