Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems and applications, including HRIS and platforms and other workforce-related tools
  • Support core HR modules including Payroll, Leave, and Attendance, ensuring smooth system operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for HRIS system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems through regular checks and reconciliation
  • Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations, ensuring compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements
  • Support HR operational processes, including HR reporting, coordination of HR events, and administrative support across HR functions.

Digital Transformation & Systems Improvement

  • Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, and process improvements
  • Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to improve integration and data flow across platforms (e.g., HRIS and payment/vendor systems)
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation support.
  • Document processes and support change management initiatives, including user training and communication

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (corporate and properties - HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors for system-related matters
  • Support vendor coordination and issue resolution for platforms
  • Assist in system audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements

Reporting & Data Support

  • Generate and support HR and operational reports across systems
  • Assist in data consolidation across platforms for analysis and decision-making

Experience and Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resource, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR applications support
  • Hands-on experience in Payroll, Leave, and Attendance systems
  • Experience working with multiple systems/platforms (e.g., HRIS, finance/payment tools, vendor platforms) ,preferably in BIPO.
  • Exposure to system integration or digital transformation projects is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities in a fast-paced environment
