Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support biomanufacturing activities for client projects
- Provide technical guidance on bioprocessing and manufacturing operations
- Manage and mentor team members
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Support documentation and compliance with GMP requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in biomanufacturing or biopharmaceutical industry
- Basic leadership or team coordination experience
- Knowledge of GMP standards
- Good communication and organizational skills
