Our client is an established architecture firm specialising in healthcare projects. They are looking to bring on board a BIM Coordinator to support architectural and technical coordination work across ongoing and upcoming projects.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands‑on BIM modelling experience, good technical understanding, and familiarity with local codes and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain 2D and 3D models using BIM software (primarily Autodesk Revit)
- Perform BIM modelling and technical coordination across architectural and multidisciplinary models
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency
- Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with technical standards, project requirements, and local codes
- Assist in identifying clashes or technical issues during the design and coordination stages
- Prepare and update drawings and BIM documentation as required throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline
- Experience in BIM modelling and coordination (Revit required)
- Good understanding of technical detailing, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail
- Experience with healthcare or institutional projects will be an advantage
