Job Overview
We are seeking a BIM Modeller (Plumbing) with experience in HDB projects to support our plumbing works. The primary focus of this role is on BIM modelling, with occasional involvement in basic site coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modelling (Main Scope):
- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems.
- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all models comply with HDB standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades to resolve clashes.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support submission drawings and documentation.
Site Coordination (Secondary Scope)
- Provide basic support to the site team when required.
- Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies or coordination issues on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM modelling experience (plumbing).
- Mandatory: HDB project experience.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and submission process.
