BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems using software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and MEP) to resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks.
• Ensure all models comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Assist engineers and project teams in design development and technical submissions.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination meetings.
• Update BIM models based on site changes and design revisions.
• Support project delivery by ensuring timely submission of drawings and models.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for electrical works in the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, lighting, ELV systems).
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
