Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

. Assist in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle

. Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information

. Ensure integrity/ quality of the models

. Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models

. Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation, and fabrication

. Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation

. Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage

. Prepare Shop Drawing and sketch for Construction and Design Development

. Mainly for Plumbing/Sanitary/Gas and Archi Drawing Work

. Able to use MicroStation, AutoCAD Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP

Job Requirement:

. 2 years of relevant working experience in HDB/Commercial/Condominium/Landed Housing projects.

. Construction site working environment.

. Able to work independently and be committed.

. Well-versed in Revit

. Able to complete models, and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner Construction site working environment.

. Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents

. Graduate of a qualified technical school or program

. Excellent time management skills

. Knowledge of Plumbing, Sanitary/ Gas Code of Practise or Building Civil/ Arch Works.
