. 1. 3D Modelling & BIM Coordination

Develop and manage Electrical BIM models (Containment and Final Fixes) using software such as:

Revit Structure

Navisworks (for clash detection)

Tekla Structures

Ensure the model reflects the latest construction drawing, consultant's commented shop drawings, and as-built conditions.

2. Drawing Production

Electrical and ELV details directly from the model.

Update drawings according to latest construction revisions and site changes.

3. Coordination with Other Disciplines

Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure all elements integrate properly.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve design clashes.

4. Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) & Reports

Extract quantities and material lists from the model for cost control and procurement.

Support planning and progress monitoring with model-based data.

5. Model Management & Standards

Follow the company's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and modelling standards.

Manage model versions, file organization, and data consistency.

Support 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration when required.

6. Site Support

Liaise with the site team to verify constructability.

Update as-built conditions in the model and drawings during and after construction.
